Global Lean Deployment Initiative, Anheuser-Busch InBev, St. Louis, MO, USA

The objective of this project was to study and understand how to improve the flexibility of production lines to handle multiple products, create more capacity, and improve customer delivery. The team used Six Sigma and lean through Kaizen and full-scale projects. Project savings were more than $1.5 million initially, scaled over $100 million.
