This project focused on reducing the manual inspection costs associated with a map creation process. Using the DMADV methodology, the team employed measurement system analysis, quality function deployment, DoE, Pareto chart, affinity diagram, multivoting, and other valuable tools for designing the final improvement recommendations. by creating an org-wide qualification and inspection process, this improvement has a potential cost reduction of 2.5 million euros.
