FMEA Dilemma and Countermeasures
The concept of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is widely known. In theory, it should be accomplished with basic training, but in practices there is often a major variation in quality and competency, and a struggle between effectiveness and efficiency is typcial. Because FMEA focuses on potential problems in the future, the effectiveness can't be directly verified. This session will shed some light on the challenges and the countermeasures.
